You may be wondering who ETECH-Store.eu is, anyway? Or how it can be that these prices are so incredibly low? No matter what the question is, if is asked frequently, you’ll find the answer here.

How Can I Pay?

There are several ways you can pay for your internet order:

Credit card:

When ordering you select your type of credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Eurocard) and we debit the sum from your credit card account for the available goods at the time of shipping.

Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept Maestro, Switch or Laser cards. Nor can we accept cards that are not registered in the EU.

When paying by credit card please always use our Secure Server which transfers encoded data.

Please note that we can only trade and invoice in Euros and our invoices will reflect the exchange rate of the day at www.oanda.com. Your credit card company may charge you a different exchange rate, and sometimes UK card companies make a small commission charge from Pound to Euro conversions.

Please check with your card company or bank if in doubt.

If your order is large and it is your first order on credit card we may request proof of the cards details – for your saftey as well as ours!


PayPal is an available method of payment at ETECH-store.eu. It´s quick, easy and safe! If you haven´t got an account with Paypal already you can set one up at www.paypal.com. The procedure is very simple!

Enter your PayPal Login and Password details when you´re ready to complete your order and confirm the total amount. Like credit card payments we will only debit your PayPal account shortly before we ship your order. For data protection reasons it is only possible to make a PayPal payment online.

Should the total of your order exceed the initial amount you were shown online when making your order (due to extra shipping charges or higher VAT rates in your delivery destination), it´s possible to make an extra payment by PayPal. The staff will give you further information on this with your order confirmation by email.

Bank transfer:

You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your account holding bank. They will ask you for our IBAN and Swift/BIC Code, all this information is provided by us here at IPC-store.eu, and will be sent to you in your order confirmation.

Some banks will apply a charge to transfer money across to us here in the Netherlands, so please check beforehand.

An international bank transfer takes usually 2-4 working days to arrive but you’ll see the status of your change once the transfer has arrived.

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.):

This allows you to pay the invoice total when you receive the parcel(s). In some countries there are surcharges made by the post for this service per parcel delivered. Please check with your local postal company for further information about possible additional costs.

Deliveries to EU countries will be charged at their local VAT rate (where applicable).

Due to the turnover of our company, EU law requires ETECH-Store.eu to charge the local VAT rate of all EU countries.

We do not have currently a website for each EU country showing the differing prices and VAT rates. We indicate each country´s website with a flag in the top right hand corner of the web page. Should your country´s flag not be available on our website please contact our international department for more details. You may use the UK flag to make an order, however please note that these prices may vary from the total shown on your final order confirmation.

Orders outside of the EU will be charged less 21% Dutch VAT.

The indication of the product availability on our product pages and in many product lists is an important clue. If items are available and in stock, we can usually send them immediately, all other delivery times are confirmed delivery times from our suppliers, this means if the delivery status shows ´2-3 days´, the product should arrive in our warehouse within 2-3 days.

On rare occasions we are let down by our suppliers and therefore cannot meet the advertised date. We appreciate that this can be frustrating but we are careful about the availability information we publish and endeavour at all times to only show the correct dates.

Before information concerning addresses and credit cards is transferred to us it is encoded by a secure server so that no one except for your contact person and the webmaster are able to see it.

1. Security server

For years ETECH-Store.eu has been using a server that transfers encoded data only – making it totally secure. This means that during the transfer from your desk to that of your contact person at ETECH-Store.eu all your data is encoded and cannot be seen by hackers. All credit card information is deleted from reply-mails.

4. References

The ETECH-Store.eu Cyberstore has excellent references and therefore has been the number one for Electronica personell all over Europe for years.

Please note that if you come from EU-countries you will be required to pay the Dutch VAT rate instead of your local tax.

If you come from outside the EU you will also need to pay the Dutch tax (no tax charged when products are shipped outside EU), but we will credit it back to you once you send us stamped documents proving that the goods left the EU. Please contact international@etech-store.eu before visiting us as orders above a certain value need to be cleared by customs before they can be taken over the border.
